Welcome to the HSAA Merchandise Store! We’re committed to delivering your order efficiently and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we process and ship your merchandise.
Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
- Custom or special order items (including Local Unit custom orders) may require additional processing time. We will contact you with estimated delivery timelines for these orders.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–4 business days (where available)
- We currently ship within Canada only.
Local Unit Orders
- For Local Units placing custom merchandise orders using HSAA funds, please contact us at merchandise@hsaa.ca to coordinate shipping options and costs.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to become available.
Shipping Delays
- While we strive to meet delivery expectations, shipping may be delayed due to factors outside of our control (e.g., postal service delays, weather, or high demand).
- If your order is significantly delayed, we will contact you directly.
Missing or Damaged Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us at merchandise@hsaa.ca within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description or photo of the issue.
