Local Unit Chairs can request to purchase merchandise using local unit funds and/or request to order FREE SERVICING ITEMS. Requests for merchandise and/or servicing items must be submitted a minimum of 10 business days prior to the “Date required by". If you are looking to order custom orders for your Local Unit using your funds, please contact merchandise@hsaa.ca with your inquiry. Please note that all custom orders are invoiced in full including freight and tax. All custom orders require a minimum lead time of 4 weeks from date of order to meet delivery dates.

The total amount of your order will be taken from the Local Unit funds account. All requests for merchandise or vouchers must be submitted no later than February 28th of each year to be processed in the correct fiscal year. Please view the available merchandise on the store when making your selections. You will be contacted if items are out of stock or if changes are required. Prices of merchandise are subject to change without notice.  You will be notified if the request exceeds the amount of event funds in the specified account.

Local Units are eligible to spend a total of $750.00 of their yearly funds on vouchers. Please specify the voucher amount and number of vouchers that are required on the form. Vouchers only come in denominations of $10.00, $25.00, $50.00, and $100.00. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ALL VOUCHERS EXPIRE 1 YEAR FROM DATE OF ISSUE. HSAA will not replace lost voucher codes. Once received, the voucher codes become the responsibility of the recipient. You will be notified if the request exceeds the amount of event funds in the specified account.

Servicing items are provided FREE OF CHARGE to be used for HSAA events and to engage our members. When submitting your order, please indicate the requested amounts and shipping address. Please specify if there is a special event date you require the order by. Quantities are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. Orders are based on number of members per local unit and total requested order.
