Local Unit

Local Unit Chairs can request to purchase merchandise using local unit funds and request to order free servicing materials.

LOCAL UNIT MERCHANDISE REQUEST:

All completed request forms must be submitted to Merchandise@hsaa.ca at least 10 business days prior to the “Date required by”
Please view the available merchandise on the store when making your selections
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted to choose a different item
The total amount spent will be taken directly from the local unit funds account
Please fill out the local unit form below

SERVICING MATERIALS:

Local Unit Representatives can fill out the above form and send to Merchandise@hsaa.ca for servicing materials
Servicing materials are provided free of charge
Used for HSAA events such as local unit meetings, AGMM, etc.
When submitting your order request please include requested amount and shipping address
